Venom

If you know about the Venom comic story-line or saw Spider-man 3 movie, then you know the how Venom became Venom. If you don't here are 2 videos about Venom's origin in the comics and movie:

Spider-man 3 Venom movie review
Now, a lot of fans did not like this version of Venom (played by Topher Grace) in Spider-man 3. They think that his time in the film was too short and he died too soon. In the beginning of creating Spider-man 3 movie, Venom was not planned to be in the movie, but to add extra excitement to the fans they decided to squeeze Venom into the movie not giving the character a lot of screen time or a view of Eddie Brock's (aka Venom) history. That extra excitement resulted a backfire ruining Spider-man's most awesome villain. In my opinion, I think that Topher Grace did a very nice portrayal of Eddie Brock (Venom), being a Topher Grace fan after all, but what I didn't like about it was Venom's short Screen time in the film and no backstory of how he came to be. Venom in the movie did make a good action scene with Spider-man (even though it was short), but I still wish he should'v gotten more Venom-face time instead of showing Eddie Brock's face through half of the fight scene.

The Amazing Spider-man Venom movie
A venom movie was planned to be created after Spider-man 3, but was not done. Now The Amazing Spider-man director Mark Webb announced a Venom spin-off film featuring Venom as the anti-hero of the movie and it will be in the Amazing Spider-man cinematic universe. We do not think the movie will feature Eddie Brock as Venom, but Harry Osborn as Venom. There is also a chance that Flash Thompson will maybe become Agent Venom. The movie might feature Eddie Brock as Venom, but that is unlikely. Venom movie might come out in 2015 so we have long time to wait for more details and eve longer for the trailer. What do you think? Will the new Venom movie be better than Sam Raimi's Spider-man 3 version of Venom? Give me your thoughts.
